duoHOME offers several options for design projects with regard to design fees. Large scale projects may be billed at a flat rate per hour or, depending on the scope of the project, a flat project fee may be charged. Additionally, duoHOME offers the following design packages:
duoHOME/2 (ID 101) -- This two hour design consultation is perfect as a wedding gift, housewarming gift or a jump start on a design project. Our most basic design package, this is a good introduction for those not familiar with working with a designer, or those clients that might just need a bit of a design inspiration.
duoHOME/4 (ID 201) -- This four hour design consultation is more in depth than our basic starter package. This intermediate package is good for couples combining two households, empty nesters down-sizing or real estate staging. The four hour time frame allows for a thorough examination and resolution of the design issues at hand.
duoHOME/8 (ID 301) -- This all day design consultation allows an entire workday (eight hours) of one-on-one attention with one of duoHOME's designers. Clients may utilize this session as they see fit: shopping at a variety of sources, visiting The Ohio Design Centre or meeting with landscape architects are just a few examples.
As mentioned above, each design project is unique and special -- please contact business partners Scott or Tim to discuss your desires in more complete detail.
"I'm obsessed with perfection to the point that it's nearly an illness."
- Tom Ford
